Kenyan Chicken Stew

Ingredients

- β1 large vibrant bell pepper
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 tablespoon kenyan stew spice blend
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup water

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
