Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and delicious stir fry dish made with chicken, vegetables, and your favorite seasonings. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastsBoneless, skinless
- β2 tablespoons velvety sauceStore-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon peppercornsGround
- β2 tablespoons oilVegetable or peanut oil
- β1 medium onionSliced
- β1 medium bell pepperSliced
- β1 cup snow peasSliced
- β2 cloves garlicMinced

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet and add the onion, bell pepper, and snow peas.
