Crispy Argentinian Fritters
Tasty, crispy fritters made with a blend of Argentinian spices and served with a side of velvety flaxseed sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Argentinian fritters mixstore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup Velvety flaxseed saucesee below for recipe
- β1/4 cup Flaxseedground
- β1 Egg
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together fritters mix, egg, and olive oil.

Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the fritters mix into the pan, flattening slightly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to crisp.

Flip the fritters and cook for another 2 minutes or until crispy.

Serve with velvety flaxseed sauce (see below for recipe).

To make the velvety flaxseed sauce, mix together flaxseed and 1/2 cup of water in a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
