Velvet-Camellia Chicken Stir Fry
A simple and delicious stir fry recipe using velvet and camellia oil, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons Velvetuse for marinating
- β2 tablespoons Camellia oilfor stir-frying
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1 cup Bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup Snow peastrimmed
- β2 tablespoons Soy saucelow-sodium
- β1 tablespoon Oyster sauceoptional
- β Salt and pepper

1. In a small bowl, whisk together velvet, soy sauce, and oyster sauce (if using). Add the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of camellia oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the chicken to the wok and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

5. In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of camellia oil.

6. Add the garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

7. Add the bell peppers and snow peas to the wok and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
