Saudi Curry Fish Fry
A flavorful fish fry dish with a unique twist from Saudi Arabian cuisine. The velvety curry sauce complements the fish perfectly.
Ingredients
- β4 Fish filletsAny white fish works well
- β2 tbsp Velvety curry pasteadjust to taste
- β1 tsp Saudi curry powderavailable at most Middle Eastern stores
- β2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor frying
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh cilantro

1. Marinate the fish fillets in a mixture of lemon juice, salt, and black pepper for 30 minutes.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

4. In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

5. Add the velvety curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

6. Add the Saudi curry powder and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
