Pork Buns with Spicy Portuguese Slaw
A delicious fusion of Portuguese flavors with a spicy twist, served in a soft pork bun.

- β500g Pork shoulderboneless, skinless
- β4 Bunssoft, white
- β250g Red cabbageshredded
- β100g Carrotsgrated
- β50g Onionfinely chopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Piri piri sauceor to taste

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Season the pork shoulder with salt and black pepper.

Roast the pork in the oven for 20 minutes, or until browned.

Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Meanwhile, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a bowl.

Add piri piri sauce to taste and mix well.

Split the buns in half and toast until lightly browned.

Assemble the pork buns by placing sliced pork on the bottom bun, topping with slaw, and finishing with the top bun.
