French Tofu Krok Puffs
A French-inspired twist on traditional Thai krok puffs, filled with crispy tofu and served with a side of sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofupressed and drained
- β1 package (20-25 wrappers) Krok (Thai crepe wrappers)preferably homemade
- β2 cups Khanom (Thai mung bean flour)or substitute with almond flour
- β2 tbsp Unique sugaror substitute with granulated sugar
- β1/4 cup Snappy sesame seedsfor garnish
- β2 tbsp Thai red curry pastefor filling
- β1 cup Coconut milkfor filling
- β1 cup Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 tsp Saltfor seasoning
- β1/2 tsp Black pepperfor seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a blender, combine tofu, curry paste, coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Wrap a krok wrapper around a small amount of the tofu mixture, forming a triangle. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Fry the krok puffs until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
