Thai Style Fish Fry
A spicy and flavorful Thai-inspired dish made with fish, a blend of aromatic spices, and a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Unique rice vinegar
- β1 tablespoon Savory soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Portuguese olive oil
- β2 teaspoons Thai red curry paste
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onions
- β1 cup Stir-fry bell peppers
- β1 cup Fry onions
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Marinate the fish fillets in a mixture of unique rice vinegar, savory soy sauce, and Thai red curry paste for 10 minutes.

Heat the Portuguese olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced green onions and stir-fry bell peppers to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the marinated fish fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
