Steamed Slovakian Spaghetti
A hearty and comforting Slovakian-inspired spaghetti dish, steamed to perfection.
Ingredients
- β12 oz (340g) Spaghetti
- β1 tsp Slovakian Seasoninga mix of paprika, garlic, and caraway seeds
- β2 tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β8 oz (225g) Mushrooms
- β1/4 cup (15g) Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Stir in the Slovakian seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss with the mushroom mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the spaghetti to a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
