Moroccan Potato Gratin
A flavorful and comforting side dish featuring roasted potatoes, infused with the warmth of Moroccan spices.

- ●1/4 cup gruyère cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large saucepan, combine the potatoes and enough cold water to cover them. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the cooled potatoes and toss to coat.

Transfer the potatoes to a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with the Gruyère cheese (if using).
