- β1/2 cup Coconut milk
- β2 tbsp Fish sauce
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1 tbsp Brown sugar
- β1/4 cup Coriander
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β Pepper
- β Salt

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cut kippers into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar.
