Paleo Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and easy paleo recipe for chicken stir fry. Simply sauté the ingredients in a pan and serve.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp light olive oil
- ●1 cup umami mushrooms
- ●2 tbsp paleo stir fry sauce
- ●1 cup fry onions
- ●1 cup fry bell peppers
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet.
