French Chicken Stir Fry
A classic French-inspired stir fry dish with a twist, using chicken and paleo-friendly ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β1 teaspoon umami powder
- β2 tablespoons light oil
- β2 tablespoons paleo stir-fry sauce
- β2 tablespoons chicken broth
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper
- β1 bunch scallions
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and the paleo stir-fry sauce.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the chicken hot, garnished with scallions.
