Spicy Shrimp in Garlic Sauce
A flavorful and spicy Spanish-inspired dish featuring succulent shrimp in a rich garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- β12 large Shrimp
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Ultra Al Ajillo Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon Spanish Spicy Red Pepper Flakes
- β1/4 cup White Wine
- β1 cup Fish Stockhomemade or store-bought
- β1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Fresh Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of Ultra Al Ajillo Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the Shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Ultra Al Ajillo Olive Oil.

Add the minced Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the Spanish Spicy Red Pepper Flakes and cook for an additional minute.

Add the White Wine and Fish Stock to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly reduced.

Stir in the Fresh Parsley and season with Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to taste.

Return the Shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic sauce.

Serve the Spicy Shrimp in Garlic Sauce immediately, garnished with additional Fresh Parsley if desired.
