German Chicken Schnitzel
A classic German dish featuring crispy chicken schnitzel with a side of tangy lemon wedges. Perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor coating
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup toasted breadcrumbsfor coating
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper
- β4 lemon wedges

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Dip each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off excess.

Dip the floured chicken breast in the beaten eggs, making sure they're fully coated.

Dip the egg-coated chicken breast in the toasted breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
