Tofu Avgolemono Stir Fry
A twist on the classic avgolemono soup, this Chinese-inspired dish combines the creamy sauce with crispy tofu and a touch of Asian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofu
- β1/2 cup Greek avgolemono sauce
- β2 tbsp Thick soy sauce
- β1 tsp Tempering spices (e.g., Szechuan pepper, cumin)
- β2 tbsp Cooking oil (e.g., vegetable, peanut)
- β1 bunch Scallions
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
