Tunisian Pepper Stir Fry

- β2 tunisian peppersany color
- β2 tbsp tangy tahinior substitute with hummus
- β2 tbsp velvety olive oil
- β1 tbsp stir-fry sauceor make your own with soy sauce and rice vinegar
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 onionthinly sliced
- β1 cup protein of your choice (chicken, beef, tofu)
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Instructions

Heat the velvety olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
