Thai Taco Shrimp
A twist on traditional tacos, with a Thai-inspired shrimp filling.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Shrimp
- β2 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β1/4 cup Thai Basil
- β8-10 shells Taco Shells
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet.

Add the Thai Red Curry Paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the Fish Sauce, Brown Sugar, and Soy Sauce, and stir to combine.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat with the curry sauce.

Stir in the Lime Juice and Thai Basil.

Season with salt to taste.

Warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
