Brazilian White Chocolate Mousse
A rich and creamy white chocolate mousse infused with the essence of Brazil, perfect for a dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- β200g White chocolate
- β100g Sweet mousse
- β50g Velvety chocolateshaved or grated
- β100ml Indulgent cream
- β5ml Brazilian essenceoptional
- β2 tablespoons Sugar

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval.

In a separate bowl, whip the sweet mousse until it becomes light and airy.

Add the velvety chocolate to the whipped mousse and fold until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the indulgent cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mousse mixture until no white streaks remain.

Add the Brazilian essence, if using, and fold until well combined.

Spoon the mousse into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.

Dust with sugar, if desired.
