Sweet Crispy Thai Semolina Cake

- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1 cup Sugar
- β1/2 cup Coconut oilmelted
- β2 Large eggs
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β1/2 cup Sweet crispy cerealcrushed

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the semolina and flour.

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.

Add the semolina mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
