Japanese Curacao Float
A unique dessert that combines Japanese flavors with a tropical twist. Layered with ice cream and a splash of liqueur, this dessert is perfect for hot summer nights.
Ingredients
- β1 pint Mochi ice cream
- β1/4 cup Curacao
- β1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- β1 cup Mochistore-bought or homemade
- β2 tsp Green tea powder
- β2 tbsp Granulated sugar

Prepare the mochi ice cream according to the package instructions.

Cut the mochi into small pieces.

In a small bowl, mix together the sesame seeds and green tea powder.

In a separate bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and Curacao.

To assemble the dessert, place a scoop of mochi ice cream in a glass.
