Spicy Norwegian Shrimpless Bowl
A vegan twist on a traditional Norwegian dish, with spicy kick and steaming hot flavor. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- β1 cup cooked brown rice
- β1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
- β2 tbsp spicy vegan stir-fry sauce
- β1 cup steamed broccoli
- β1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- β0.5 cup diced carrots
- β0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- β0.25 cup fresh cilantro

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of tenderness.

In a separate pan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, shredded cabbage, and steamed broccoli.

Drizzle the spicy vegan stir-fry sauce over the top of the bowl contents and toss to combine.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and crushed red pepper flakes over the top of the bowl.
