Smoky Noodle Curry

- β8 oz springy noodlespreferably rice noodles or egg noodles
- β1 tsp smoky garam masalamake sure it's smoky and not regular
- β1 tsp german mustardadds a nice kick
- β1/4 tsp matcha powderoptional, adds a hint of green tea flavor
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp coconut oilfor frying
- β1 cup chicken brothlow-sodium
- β1/2 cup yogurtlow-fat

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened (3-4 minutes).

Add garam masala, mustard, and matcha powder. Cook for 1 minute.
