Matcha Spring Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Chinese-inspired stir fry made with matcha-infused noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Matcha-infused noodlesavailable at most Asian grocery stores
- β2 Spring onionsthinly sliced
- β1/2 cup German sausage (optional)cook according to package instructions
- β1 tsp Matcha powderor to taste
- β1 tbsp Vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β1 tsp Smoky chili flakesoptional, for some heat
- β1 cup Green beanssliced
- β1 tsp Sesame seedsfor garnish
Instructions

Cook the matcha-infused noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced green beans and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the thinly sliced spring onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

If using German sausage, add it to the skillet and cook until heated through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and a splash of water until smooth.
