Spicy Brazillian Chicken Fry
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired dish featuring crispy fried chicken, served with a side of zesty sauce.
Ingredients
- ●500g chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- ●2 tsp spicyspicy seasoning blend
- ●2 tbsp brazillianbrazillian spice mix
- ●null airunused ingredient, removed for accuracy
- ●500ml fryvegetable oil for deep-frying
Instructions

Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 180°C.

Marinate chicken pieces in spicy and brazillian seasoning for 30 minutes.

Dredge chicken pieces in flour before deep-frying in batches until golden brown.

Drain excess oil and set chicken aside.

In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat.

Add 2 tsp of spicy seasoning to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.

Add 2 tbsp of brazillian spice mix to the pan and sauté for another minute.

Serve crispy fried chicken with a side of zesty sauce, made by mixing 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
