Uruguayan Spicy Pretzel Crumble
A unique take on a traditional crumble, this Uruguayan-inspired dessert combines the flavors of spicy and sweet with the crunch of a pretzel topping.

- β1/2 cup brown sugar
- β1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup spicy pretzel crumbs
- β1/2 cup cold buttercut into small pieces

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until apples are evenly coated.

In a separate bowl, combine flour and spicy pretzel crumbs. Mix until well combined.

Add cold butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
