- β1 tsp Syrian pepperor substitute with similar spice blend
- β1/4 cup Spicy sauceor make your own with hot sauce and vinegar
- β1 block Silky tofuextra-firm or firm tofu works best
- β1 tbsp Oilvegetable or canola oil for stir-frying
- β1 tsp Gingergrated or minced fresh ginger
- β1 clove Garlicminced fresh garlic
- β1 tbsp Soy sauceor tamari for gluten-free option
- βto taste Saltuse sea salt or kosher salt
- βto taste Black pepperfreshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
