Spicy Thai Pasta
A fusion of Italian and Thai flavors with a spicy kick. This dish combines juicy meat with the perfect blend of herbs and spices.
Ingredients
- β12 oz linguine
- β1 cup (chopped) pasta
- β1 lb (ground beef) juicy
- β1/4 cup (sambal oelek) spicy
- β2 tbsp (fish sauce) thai
- β3 cloves (minced) garlic
- β1/4 cup (chopped) green onions
- β1 tsp chili flakes
- β2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the sambal oelek, fish sauce, and chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat with the spicy sauce.
