Spicy Vietnamese Chicken Pho
A spicy twist on the traditional Vietnamese dish, featuring chicken, rice noodles, and a flavorful broth.
Ingredients

- β4 cups pho brothhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons ga powvietnamese curry powder
- β1 tablespoon sugarto taste
- β2 tablespoons fish sauceto taste
- β4 lime wedgesfor serving
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped, for garnish

Bring the pho broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add the ga pow, sugar, and fish sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the chicken to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the pho by placing cooked noodles in a bowl, then adding slices of chicken and ladling hot broth over the top.
