Spicy Chicken Pho Tacos
A fusion of Mexican and Vietnamese flavors, these spicy chicken pho tacos are a unique twist on traditional tacos.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastsboneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons ga ( Vietnamese fish sauce)adjust to taste
- β1 tablespoon pho spice mixor substitute with chili powder and cumin
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepperadjust to taste
- β6-8 tortillascorn or flour
- β1 tablespoon gochujangor substitute with sriracha
- β2 tablespoons lime juicefreshly squeezed

1. In a large bowl, whisk together ga, pho spice mix, cumin, and cayenne pepper.

2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

7. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.

8. Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of chicken onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of gochujang and a squeeze of lime juice.
