Dutch Apricot Crumble Noodle Stir Fry

- β2 tbsp Dutch Apricot Jam
- β1 cup Spicy Ground Pork
- β1/2 cup Crumble ToppingMade from crumbly mixture of ingredients
- β1/4 cup ScallionsChopped
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Sugar
- βto taste Salt

2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the spicy ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and salt to the pan and stir to combine.

5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir to combine with the pork mixture.

6. In a small bowl, mix together the Dutch apricot jam and crumble topping.
