Saudi Prawn Ceviche
A refreshing keto ceviche dish from Saudi Arabia, featuring succulent prawns marinated in a tangy sour mixture.
Ingredients

Rinse the prawns under cold water, pat them dry with paper towels, and set them aside.

In a large bowl, combine the sour orange juice, lime juice, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, and salt.

Add the prawns to the bowl and toss them to coat with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the prawns to 'cook' in the acidic marinade.
