Callaloo and Smoky Sausage Stew

Ingredients

- ●1 pound Smoky sausage
- ●2 tablespoons Australian olive oil
- ●2 cups Stew
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 cup Red wine
- ●2 cups Chicken broth

Heat the Australian olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the smoky sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the callaloo, stew, red wine, and chicken broth to the pot.
