Smoky Beef Fajitas
A classic Mexican dish featuring smoky beef, sautéed with peppers and onions, served with warm flour tortillas. Perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- ●1 teaspoon Smoky paprikaOptional
- ●4-6 tortillas French breadWarm tortillas for serving
- ●2 tablespoons Peanut oilFor sautéing
- ●1 medium OnionThinly sliced
- ●1 large Bell pepperThinly sliced
- ●1 teaspoon Stew seasoningOptional
- ●1 teaspoon Chili powderOptional
- ●to taste SaltFor seasoning
- ●chopped (optional) Fresh cilantroFor garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of peanut oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add the cooked beef back into the skillet, along with the smoky paprika, stew seasoning, and chili powder. Stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together.

Warm the French bread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the fajitas by placing the beef and vegetable mixture onto the warm tortillas.
