Smoky Vegan Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful stir fry made with smoky spices and served over a bed of tapioca.

Ingredients
- β200g Tapioca
- β1 tsp Smoky SpicesSmoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
- β2 tbsp Fry OilVegetable oil or coconut oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell Pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce (or Nama Shoyu)
- β2 tbsp Vegan Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of fry oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
