- β1 block Smoked Tofu
- β1 cup Tapioca Pearlcooked according to package instructions
- β1/4 cup Thai Basil
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Fish Sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β1/2 tsp Chili Flakes

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add tofu, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
