Saudi Kebab with Smoky Crumble
A flavorful Saudi kebab dish topped with a smoky crumble. Perfect for a hearty dinner.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb Shoulder
- β100g Smoky Crumble
- β10g Kebab Spice Mix
- β1 Onion
- β2cm Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 Tomato
- β20ml Olive Oil
- β20ml Lemon Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 220Β°C (425Β°F).

In a large bowl, mix together lamb, kebab spice mix, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Thread the lamb mixture onto skewers.

Grill the kebabs over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the smoky crumble by crumbling the smoky cheese into a bowl.

Once the kebabs are cooked, brush with a little olive oil and top with the smoky crumble.

Serve the kebabs hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a side of couscous or rice.
