Saudia Sausage and Kebab Crumble

- β500g Saudia Sausage
- β250g Kebab Meat
- β100g Crumble
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 medium Carrot
- β2 medium Potato
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Slice the onion, carrot, and potato.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened.

Add the sliced carrot and potato to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the saudia sausage and kebab meat to the pan. Cook until browned.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Mix the crumble with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
