Smoky Lamb Kebabs
Grilled lamb kebabs with a smoky, mediterranean flavor, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- ●500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure the lamb is at room temperature before grilling
- ●2 tbsp Smoky olive oil
- ●1 tsp Mediterranean seasoningCombine oregano, thyme, and rosemary
- ●2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ●2 tbsp Juicy lemon juice
- ●to taste Salt and pepper
- ●for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Mediterranean seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the lamb cubes.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.

Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
