Beef and Corned Beef Stir Fry
A classic Chinese dish with a twist, combining the flavors of beef and corned beef in a savory stir fry.
Ingredients
- β1 lb (450g) BeefSlice into thin strips
- β8 oz (225g) Corned BeefDiced
- β2 tablespoons SmokySoy sauce
- β2 tablespoons GooeyHoisin sauce
- β1 tablespoon FilipinoPatis (fish sauce)
- β1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)Chopped

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Add the corned beef and cook until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Return the beef to the wok and stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and fish sauce.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
