Chinese Beef Casserole
A hearty and flavorful Chinese-inspired beef casserole with a rich and savory sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 large, peeled and diced irish potatoes
- β2 cups beef broth
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1/4 cup, chopped green onions

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.
