Creamy White Bean Casserole
A comforting and flavorful gluten-free casserole made with slow-cooked white beans, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 (15 ounce) can White Beans
- β1 pound Ground Beef
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 (14.5 ounce) can Diced Tomatoes
- β1 (10.5 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- β1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

5. Add the diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and cooked white beans to the skillet. Stir to combine.
