Stir Fry Pork
A spicy Thai-inspired pork dish made with tender pork and fresh stir-fry ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 pound porkthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons sizzlingThai chili peppers, sliced
- β2 cloves kenyanminced garlic
- β2 tablespoons stirvegetable oil
- β2 cups frymixed bell peppers and onions
- β2 tablespoons soy saucelow sodium
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon brown sugaror to taste
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegaror to taste
- βto taste salt
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet and add the sliced chilies, minced garlic, and mixed bell peppers.

Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked pork back into the skillet and stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce (if using), brown sugar, and rice vinegar.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt to taste.
