Polish Cod with Silky Salad

- ●1 slice Polish rye breadCrusty and dark
- ●4 cups Salad leavesMixed greens and crisp
- ●1 medium CarrotsShredded and sweet

2. Season cod with salt and pepper. Pan-sear in olive oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

3. Meanwhile, toast Polish rye bread until crispy.

4. In a separate pan, sauté shredded carrots and pickled beets until tender.
