Turkish Kofte Tacos
A twist on traditional Mexican tacos, using Turkish kofte meat and cornmeal for a crispy coating. Serve with your favorite toppings.

- β500g Turkish KofteYou can use store-bought or make your own
- β1 cup CornmealFor coating the kofte
- β1/4 cup ShatteringAlso known as panko breadcrumbs
- β2 tbsp KickedSpicy seasoning of your choice
- β2 tbsp Lime JuiceFor serving

Instructions

In a shallow dish, mix together cornmeal and shattering.

Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the Turkish kofte to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Transfer the kofte to a plate and let it rest.

Warm tacos shells according to package instructions.
