Bowl Shattering Tandoori Fish
A spicy and flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring tandoori-spiced fish, served with a variety of textures in a bowl.

- ●1 cup earthy basmati rice
- ●1/2 cup american-style yogurt
- ●4 oz fish fillet (white fish, such as tilapia)

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper.

3. Add the fish fillet to the marinade and coat evenly.

4. Place the marinated fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Add the shiitake mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

7. Stir in the basmati rice and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

8. To assemble the bowls, place a portion of the rice mixture in the bottom, followed by the cooked fish.
