Tunisian Shaggy Quesadilla
A fusion of Tunisian and Mexican flavors in a crispy flatbread quesadilla, filled with savory shaggy goodness and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup savory
- β2 tablespoons tunisian
- β1 cup shredded cheese
- β4-6 pieces flatbread
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of each flatbread piece.

Place one flatbread, butter side down, in the skillet.

Sprinkle shaggy, savory, and cheese on half of the flatbread.

Fold the other half of the flatbread over the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
