Pan-Seared Fish with Apple Cider Glaze

Season the fish with salt, pepper, and thyme (if using).

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the fish to the skillet, skin side up (if it has skin).

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the skin is crispy.

Flip the fish over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
