- β1/2 cup saltysalty soy sauce
- β1/4 cup velvetymild gochujang
- β1/2 cup indulgentgrated mozzarella cheese
- β2 tablespoons koreantoasted sesame oil
- β2 eggs stirbeaten
- β1/4 cup fryall-purpose flour

In a large bowl, combine flaxseed, salty, velvety, indulgent and korean.

Add stir and mix until smooth.

Gradually add fry and mix until a batter forms.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Drop the batter by the tablespoonful onto the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface.
