German Chicken Schnitzel
A classic German dish, breaded and fried chicken cutlets, served with a side of tangy lemon wedges.

- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor dredging
- β2 beaten eggsfor egg wash
- β1 box skewersfor breading

1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, egg, and a pinch of salt.

3. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

4. Dip the flour-coated chicken in the beaten eggs, making sure to coat completely.

5. Roll the egg-coated chicken in the skewers, pressing gently to adhere.
